It's not the weights that bring you down. It's not the fifty squats you did before you started running that stop you in your tracks.
It's not that you can't do a pull-up, or a push-up, a sit-up or any kind of -up you might not be able to do that will bring you down.
Before any of those things start becoming a factor, the real monster that will hit you relentlessly is the voice in your head that says you are not good enough. That no matter how you try, how much you train you will never be good enough, worthy of love, of praises, of anything...
The voice that tells you your journey is for nothing.
